Fred Wenzel
“My job is fun for me. In penal law especially, every trial is different. One has to be able to persuade others orally in concrete situations where legal knowledge alone is not sufficient. One needs knowledge of psychology, rhetoric, sociology, an understanding of people, a sense of what is feasible, and character. One has to dispute things while at the same time winning over others. Be tenacious and yet at the same time flexible. And always fight with our best efforts on behalf of the client!”
